Rooted in the 15th Amendment’s promise to prohibit voter discrimination, we recognize the ongoing struggles faced by returning citizens who are unjustly denied this fundamental right. Our mission advocates for the complete removal of voting restrictions for all Nebraska citizens, asserting that reintegration and true inclusion require equal civic access. By never losing or restoring voting rights, JustUs15Vote aims to eliminate policies that perpetuate second-class citizenship and uphold justice for all.
